Trending @Capgemini; Reduce Notice period with Available Leaves?

As the Early release and buyout are impossible in Capgemini, Can we reduce the notice period with Available Leaves?

Due to 90 days we all are stuck here in Capgemini and it’s 90 days in the other organisations also but due to the trend where a lot of immediate joiners and less np people are available in the market, people like us don’t get the opportunity.

Yes, I've been trying to apply many orgs, but no response from them.. they're not even viewing my resume, i guess it's filtered out when I put in 90 days notice period in the website. Any tips?

Yes, you can, but everything depends on your supervisor. If he/she is okay to release you, he can share that argument with the HR. But convince your supervisor first.

I will resign first

If we resign and don't get any offer, can I withdraw resignation? If so, like after 2 months notice period, will they allow to withdraw resignation?
