Trending @Capgemini; Recent Capgemini office attendance and now office seat booking
Hi all, I have a question, why is it Capgemini India making it difficult for us, first they did office attendance so now they know exactly how much time we are in office, and now they said we only can go to our office location? What the hell is up with that, our managers can give us permission to do office from anywhere but changing base location is a whole new story. This is happening only in India not in any other countries. Bullshit.
If you are in project, you need an official approval mail from manager to report from your convenient location. No one can stop you to do that. But if you are on bench, then you need to report to your base location. Capgemini is paying salary to bench people without doing anything, so they should follow some rules. Here is nothing hell. 12 days office mandatory, 6 hrs minimum in office is mandatory. But bench people are not following these things , they are just chilling in this period.
