During YER final call, N+1 said that since I am not complaint in Feb and March 2024, they gave succeeding... Do you guys had similar comments? Actually 12 days BTO started in April 2024 only... I worked more than 12 days Apr-dec... Bloody &#&@&#& HR team does not have idea about this policy :/ Simple telling some bullshit reasons for not giving good rating..

These stupid $#!* people dont care about you as a person. They just want work done nothing else, you stay submerged in water, keep their laptop up in air and work.

I understand your point which is totally valid. You should have spoken to the HR by informing that the 12 days BTO concept was started in April before that you guys were not aware and now u got succeeding because u didn't meet 12 days exactly before April as per your discussion with the manager. You could have escalated it buddy

Buddy do BTO for adhering company protocols but don't keep any expectations when it comes to ratings. I faced the same discrimination as there are my teammates who didn't meet bto compliance but despite that we got the same rating as I was the one who was very proactive in meeting bto last year and even now. It totally depends on how one can manipulate managers other than doing hard work and adhering company policies. So I told my manager I am! Doing BTO for myself to adhere company policy not for you specifically

I know bro.. but they started 12days bto in April.. I have more than 12 in all the months after that.. unfortunately, Feb and March only 9. This is the reason they found... ##@@₹₹&

A very small single reason is also sufficient for them to not to give good rating or hike. Except all other good things done by us.

My manager could not even point out anything be it BTO adherence, my performance quality, mandatory training or any other adherence but despite all these he gave succeeding. He just gave bullshit reason as "what extra you have done apart from your deliverables, you should have asked your manager that’s him to assign some work to me " —I mean seriously then what will my manager gonna do, will take salary by doing half work

This kind of shit happening in CG only... I am planning to quit... No value for 4yr hard work here... &@#₹-₹&
