Getting frustrated as not getting any work to do. I am asking my manager for work repeatedly but they just ignore the message. As I am shadow still not getting any skill or experience to work on technology. I don't know what to do
Same situation as you are in, feeling stuck in here not knowing what to do without real time experience how to proceed further?
Same question I am also figuring out same thing
I completed more than 2yrs and still in same situation and feel like it won't change here anymore. Also I have seen many people on same track having no project and no work to do just go office and sit for few hours and go back and routine continues. But no career progress, no Idea what to do, no confidence to switch, also recession. And overall how to take care of our family financial things.
Leave company start your own business here you do not gain any knowledge only gain experience
