This will totally depend on your base package. When at A5, by package was around 4.2-4.5 something. Then I was promoted to B1 with an exceptional rating and my package at B1 became 5.6 LPA. I too am from I&D BU

Your hike has got absolutely nothing to do with your rating but rather your package and grade.If your package is on the lower side of the ctc slab of your grade you will get a higher percentage hike and vice versa
