I have completed 3 years as C1 and have total experience of 10+ years. As per my manager my promotion is due in April but haven't got any update yet. When can I expect some update if I am supposed to get promoted? Also from C1 to C2 how much hike can be expected with Exceed Expectations?
Don’t worry the process here is late you will get those by March end or mid April and you can check with your n+1 if they have nominated you for promotion, I was in same situation last year but I got the promotion mid April and compensation effective from April payslip
Can you tell me ur grade and rating u got? Also ur % hike received? Just trying to calculate lol
I have been recommended for promotion to C1 by my n+1 as mentioned in the people manager comment in year end review form 2025, any idea wheather it will be approved or not?
