Trending @Capgemini; Query Regarding Notice Period and Bench Policy for Experienced Employee

Hi,

I was released from my project on December 31st and am currently on the bench. I have 9 years of experience and currently do not have any offers from outside. I am considering resigning from my current job due to the 90-day notice period and the fact that I haven’t received a salary hike in the last three years.

I have a few questions:

1. If an employee with my level of experience is on the bench, how many days of notice period are required to be served in case of resignation?

2. If I do not resign and am not allocated to any project, how much time can the organization allow me to remain on the bench before taking any action?
