Hi, I am a fresher who has completed my training and now im scheduled for BU deployment in June. I would like to know what will happen after BU deployment . Will we be on bench or whether do we get into any project ?

If you are lucky you will get project if not you’ll be benched till you get project

Currently, you are under freshers bench. Once the BU confirms the demand, you will be tagged to the BU bench

You will be on the bench until you get a project. If you get one early, then you'll hardly spend time on the bench.
