I have 5+ years of experience and recently joined Capgemini. Project is not yet allocated. may I know what's the procedure for project allocation and how many months we can stay without a project?

If u joined Capgemini and first time in bench then no issue, also if salary is less then no issue.u can keep trying in or out don't worry

Same issue with me. Its been almost one month and no project. Have 8 year of experience in Java. currently allocated to one account pool. had 2 interviews , they keep rejecting even with good interview . Wanted to apply for different account, but they are not allowing !
