Dear Community,

Just quickly wanted to understand the Gratuity policy?

Are we eligible for Gratuity when in notice period??

Example: Let's say, my LWD is on 15th of August, while my Gratuity eligibility date on HGS Payroll portal was showing up as on 12th of August.

Will I be eligible for Gratuity in this case, any pro thoughts or suggestions here please??
