Trending @Capgemini; Query on 12 days attendance in office.
I joined Capgemini on 12th November and got the access card today(26th November). Currently no project is assigned to me and I am on bench. My recruiter is on maternity leave. The assigned alternate hr hardly responds. Temporary manager also hardly responds. Need guidance from people in this group. Do I need to visit office to maintain 12 day attendance in office.
If Yes how many hours required to stay in office. Since no project is assigned.
Or Do I need to wait till project is assigned then maintain 12 day in a month from wfo.
As far as I know, people on bench are supposed to visit office 5 days a week. Regarding the number of hours, try to stay at least for 5-6 hours as people have received warning mails for having low office hours as well. And don't rely on your temporary manager or the HR for any response as at the end of the day of it would be you who would be in trouble for not following the the BTO policy.
