Trending @Capgemini; Quarterly Review

I was not in project in SCM, was looking for roles other than SCM, like in marketing and sales but couldn'tget into it, but as per my seniors I have filled project code only but I was asking for bench code so that I could view more job roles of my interest. What will they do in my review meeting?? Will my rating will be shown poor?
