Has anyone got a quarterly promotion which is effectively from oct?? Or any communication email from leadership?? i am at B2 level since 4 years. People Manager says your name is given for promotion.when can I expect any formal communication and how it will reflect in my salary??
This is the common story that Managers are giving across the CG to their employees - like I have nominated you for the promotion, I have given you 1 or 2 ratings but the HR team has given you 3 ratings. Trust me all these are scam and don't trust your manager.
Yes I have experienced the same, and i want salary correction, I have full support from client (they are ready to push ) . What all options do i have as i became B1 last year? Joined as A3 in 2021
My manager has repeatedly told me that my name has been recommended for promotion, but despite hearing this for the past two quarters, I have not received any advancement, and I no longer have any expectations.
