Bro, I have completed 2.8 years in CG without any hike or promotion. They are corporate misers; they don't give promotions or hikes—just workload and anxiety.

I have completed 4yrs, still no promotion. Hikes were 2% 4% etc in previous years..

Generally, there is a period of 2 years for a lateral joiner to get promotion.

Once you finish 2 years. Maybe on exact 2 years or anytime ahead you can expect promotion but it is completely dependent on your manager, BU Head and HR
