I am a fresher and I joined the company in 2024. My appraisal cycle was in December 2025. I received a Succeeding rating, but I did not get promoted. Now I want to know, will I get my promotion in the next appraisal cycle in December 2026, or in the next quarter (April 2026)? Also, can I discuss my promotion with my manager?
