Trending @Capgemini; Promotion Possible Without Project Tagging?

My joining was in October 2024 and I was on the bench until December 2025. Recently I got a project but I don’t have any official tagging for it, and it’s unlikely that I will get tagging(not even Shadow). I heard that the promotion cycle comes in April. Since I did not have any tagging from the time of joining but I am currently working on a project will I be eligible for promotion from Analyst to Senior Analyst? Will I get a rating? Or is there any chances of BOTP
