How much % of hike, one can expect when he/she gets an exceeding rating ?? Promotion will be there or they will give only hike ??

There are a lot of factors in deciding the % hike or a promotion, like, your current CTC, current designation, when were you promoted last time etc. At my level, ratings purely decide how much % variable will be credited.

Is it fixed, that if you get this rating..... You will only get this much hike .... Or that too is not fixed.

10-15% hike with higher chances to getting promoted to Associate Consultant if 1 year is completed in the role.
