Trending @Capgemini; Promotion but no gotten letter yet

I have recently completed my 2 years in capgemini and got a promotion this month which was already delayed due to technical issue at backend from capgemini till now i havent received revised compensation letter. I recently received the mail at month starting that I have got the promotion but still i haven't received the compensation letter. Can anybody guide me what should I do?

Check GetSuccess Compensation Tab under the profile page, maybe they’ve already given the inputs to the payroll team but just delayed the letter

If you are not received the compensation letter by end of the month the you can consider it as dry promotion

Check India Application portal>people>my connect>Get Success> compansation
In compansation statement you will find your hike letter
