Trending @Capgemini; Promotion B2 to C1
While discussing over the Year End Review my manager asked me a straight forward question like ‘Do you need promotion???’
It was so strange for me to hear that but I said yes I deserve the promotion due to the work I delivered….
He also said like he has forwarded something positive regarding the promotion but now I’m checking the successfactors but not able to get like where to check all those things???
I do have some questions here, please answer if anyone is aware of those things or gone through this process….
- How many days this process will take anyone has any idea?
- In successfactors where can I check those things?
- Will there be any mail communication which will take place?
- In the compensation tab at the successfactors, I’m not able to find anything different
Is this for the OND cycle? I don't think you will be able to check anything, you can only see the final rating given.
Where can I see the final rating ? And when the rating gets reflected??
Go to SuccessFactors and select My Employee File from the dropdown. The All Details tab will appear. Click Year-End Review to check your reflection. Please note that the current year’s reflection will be updated after December.
