How would I get promotion interms of rating if my people manager himself not responding to my call mails teams chat. I got default rating last time. This time I don't to face this again still he is unavailable. So need help
- Anyone know process to escalate this issue so that it can be solved either people manager changed or he started responding.
I tried to check with his manager HR but seems they are not taking responsibility proactively only assigning to other. Please help me to get rid of this type of office policy.
Steps followed till now but no response: 1.Created HR ticket doesn't help 2.Sent email to HR looping that idiot guy(idiot guy) 3. I wanted to make this as a sky level escalation please help me anonymously thank you in advance.

Send an email to N+1, N+2 and keep the Director and HRs in CC. uska b**p bhi response dega phir. you can tackle with these people in this way only.
and even if you send email, there might be a possibility that they will take action against you only. because that IDIOT GUY might be the dog of Higher-ups. so they will save their puppy and kick you out.

You could try CCing your N+2 manager (manager's manager) and see if he responds.
By the way, just curious, what's the default rating at Capgemini? Is it 3?
