Trending @Capgemini; Promotion?
I joined the CG in 2022 and according to that i should have been promoted in this quarter as i have completed 18 months here and anyways i didn't get any promotion or hike .
As it's not happened in this quarter when can i expect to get promoted?
Or also my manager in not reachable to whom should i report this as the manager is not even responding??
No auto promotion, Think to change company or stay at same package for years
It's not written anywhere in company policy that an employee will be promoted to next level once he/she attains a certain period in company.Moreover Promotion till B grade is solely in hands of manager. So it's upto him/her only whether or not he/she is interested to promote you. You better discuss it with your manager and take the yur call accordingly.i hope this helps.

But as i am a fresher and this promotion should be default for the fresher cycle period.
