What will happen if project is wrap ?our director told us that we are not on a noticed period.Does our Direct Manager will take us if we are on support role.Or different project will call us for interview?what will happen we are a team of 10 member from India and 20 from out of india....
- Start searching who is your people manager and start talking with her.
- Start collecting all IJP mails in a separate folder in your Capgemini Email.
- Start searching who is your RMG and start talking
- Keep your internal Capgemini CV ready
- Draft a mail mentioning your current project last date and from when you are on bench and free to join a new project.
- Start applying IJP from the who’s portal and update your profile there with all skills
- Whenever you get time start doing certification and once done add those certificates in your profile in Capgemini
Note : In my case nobody calls me for project. I myself started searching for project before 1.5 months of the end of my project and gave some interviews. It’s close to 2 months and am still searching inside Capgemini and out side also.
