So I have resigned 2 months back and today my manager showed too much agression bcz if my non availability for 3-4 days and and said you can talk to RMG yourself and get released
How to get released from the project to other by ourselves internally if we have already completed more than 18 months in a particular account?
You resigned 2 months back and now why did you need a project??? Just chill in notice period

Similar case with one of my colleagues, once you speak to the RMG, they’ll say they cannot re-assign you or keep you on bench. Basically, the only option you’ll be left with is to request an early release, or tackle the workload
