Do we have any restriction from getting released from a project within a month?
I have been part of Capgemini since more than 4 years now. I had worked for a project for 3.6 years and then asked for a release. I have joined a new project recently but it seems that the whole team is not at all helpful.
Can I ask for a release again?
It depends on your manager. Mostly you cannot ask for a release within a month. as per policy one should complete at least 18 months in a project before asking for release .
18 months restriction is for IJP right?
If you are not billable yet you can ask for a release, But if you're billable, as per the policy you cannot be released until you complete 18 months. They can only agree If you provide a strong reason to move out of the project.
