Does anyone have idea how do we change from one project to another FYI this is my first project and it's completely Non-technical and I want to move into some nice project where i could grow my career. Please if someone could tell me how to shift it would be of great help. My manager told he would releave me from project only after 18 months.
Bro, I have gone through the same situation and trust I requested my manager a lot but he didn't change my project. He said the same thing this is an 18 month project we can't change it. My project was in the telecom domain. That was the most frustrating thing ever. But after 8 months of joining the project, it got ramp down 😂😂. Yes, I am still on the bench for the last 5 months. But at the start I didn't like the domain and work but after working and learning for 8 months I made peace with it. Now I am urging for some kind of project they should assign me. But no. Sometimes I feel Life is loving it to see me in a mess. 🥲🙃
I get it bro, It's the same the company's policies and their project selection are so messed up. Half of the people are like us ig
You can ask for release after 18 months. Only if you’re on B band or above for A Band they won’t release.
You can request your manager or if directly client interaction just talk with them and they can help you to give you release like requirement change and all, it totally depends hows your communication with them
