Trending @Capgemini; Project Bonus Received without prior info
Hello all,
Recently when I received mu salary, I saw 50k extra was added, when I looked into the salary slip, it was mentioned as project bonus 50k.
I have no Idea about this, although I have won some awards recently but I was not informed about any prize money.
Should I keep the money untouched, if they had sent me mistakenly or should I start spending it?
Where we can find bonus letters?

You can use that but if you leave company in less than a year you have to repay total amount but while you getting they may deduct TAX . Project bonus is some kinda trick used by management to ensure you stay
Project bonus arrives with 1 year retention clause. So technically it's a 'Retention Bonus' if you resign within 1 years, you'll need to return it.
What I remember there is a list available on cg intranet for R&R category and the amount. It has all eligibility criteria
