I joined Capgemini in May and since then I am on bench. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP Data Migration using Syniti ADMM/ADM. By when I can expect project interview calls?
same for me waiting from a month now... hope will get soon. during the interview they said there are a lot of projects in migration now it is very hard to find one. you have syniti experience, you are also struggling? they told us if you upskill yourself with syniti you will find one soon!!
Yes I am getting pings for BODS interview, but nothing for Syniti till now. Infact in my interview they said that there are lot of Syniti projects but ironically I have not received any ping for Syniti😩
I'm also facing similar situation where they told me during interview process that they have burning demand for BTP and I'm yet to get a project since I joined
So a new update, given interview for 1 project for ADMM, the interviewer asked if I am okay with the shift timings, and then she stopped responding. I have been chasing her for the status of the interview and boom no reply at all. At least they have to inform about the status😩
What CTC they offer including variable and joining bonus?
