Hi all, I joined in CG July 2024…Since 4 months onwards I’m on bench. 1 week back I resigned CG . What will happen if I resign in the probation period? I got a mail from HR regarding Mandatory connect - Probation Outcome. May I know the next steps?

you resign during probation, you won't face major issues. the mandatory connect is just a formality. they might ask for feedback or discuss notice period, but since you're on bench, it should be smooth.
