Trending @Capgemini; Privilege leaves carry forward!
I had 15 leaves carried forward from the year 2023 to 24 Now I have a total of 25 privilege leaves (15 from 2023 + 10 of this year 2024) So that means my carry forward leaves to next year(2025) would be 25days ?? Can anyone please clarify this ?? Or should I use them 😂

You can carry forward a maximum of 15 privilege leaves. Use the excess or they will lapse. Check your company policy for any specific details.
30 leaves can be carry-forwarded from 1 year to another.
Long story short -
Storage limit - 30 leaves max,
Transaction limit - 15 per transaction at year end.
Your case ,
Storage - 25
Transaction - 15, 10
Both valid.
What is the point of accruing leaves.. If your manager does not approve!!
If the total leaves gets >= 30 then only 15 will be carried forward to next year or else till 29 leaves you can freely carry forward them to next year, no leaves will be elapsed.
