Trending @Capgemini; Possibilities to get onsite opportunities? 10+ years experience in Angular, front end development

I am working with Capgemini since 3 years now, same project. No appraisals, no hike, no promotion. I go to office even though my team is not in pune just to adhere to 12 WFO days. I am desperate to get an opportunity to work abroad. Pointers? Capgemini offers any opportunities? Should I look for jobs outside directly (any pointers for that will be appreciated) Countries where we can up-skill to get work permit?

Capgemini's onsite opportunities are limited. Network with senior managers and explore internal portals. If that doesn't work, look for jobs outside. Countries like Canada and Australia have easier work permit processes.

Currently the people who have proper closed work permits for canada they are currently informed to go back to their home countries as the rules are going to be more strict in canada So try for US or Europe and first check for projects for US and apply through IJP positions
