I have been working at Capgemini for the past 9 months as a Consultant (B2) and have been on a project since day one. However, I still haven’t been assigned an ODC seat or a dedicated cubicle where I can work peacefully. Despite repeated follow-ups, there’s been no resolution.
Now, the TL and PMO are mandating that we work from the office for 12 days a month and stay for at least 6 hours daily. I fail to understand how such a policy is fair when no basic workspace has been provided. How are we expected to deliver effectively without proper seating arrangements?
Check if there is any odc for your account, or some place where any of your account team seats, you need to book your own seat
They Said for are project there is no dedicated ofc so I have to book seats in general odc. But when I trying to book seats there is not a single seat is available
Raise concern with manager or manager's manager. Who knows you may get wfh 😛
