Trending @Capgemini; Policy to buy out Notice Period !!!

I don't want to serve 90 days of notice period. Is there any policy to buy out notice period. I am not on the bench. I am in a project.

Buyout option does exist. Search exit policy on talent. However, early release is discretionary and needs approval from your manager AND from HR. I asked my manager for early release this Monday and was told HR is not approving any early release at the moment. Gonna speak to BUHR myself next week to see what's the fuss when manager is okay with early release
