Well even my manager didn't get it. I checked with three hierarchal managers all three didn't get and they are saying that they have no idea

no hike since more than 1.5 yrs... chrysalis batch 2023... 3 rating... no bto issue, no mandatory learning issue, very positive feedback from project manager and team, but SBU gave no hike still...
