Hi, I am on maternity leave and resuming back work from July but last week I got to know that I am released from my project and currently on bench. Now I wanted to opt for the new maternity benefit(WFH), so that I can give time to my kid and family but I am not sure to whom I should connect as it need BU head and HR approval, can anyone help here. Also pls suggest if there is any PMO role available in any project.
