I have updated my profile on naukri and linkedin but no calls received so far, are you receiving interview calls ? Please suggest ideas to get more calls or any new job portal ? Is it because of the 3 month notice period ?

Most of the recruiters are aware that Capgemini has a strict 90 days notice period. I was rejected even after I cleared all rounds because CG HR was adamant on completing the 90 days notice period. They do not agree to Buy-Back offers from the hiring company, nor do they relax the notice period and nor do they utilise the balance leaves and give early release
