Trending @Capgemini; Please suggest me? I joined Capgemini just 2 months back but now I got another offer with 40% more pay than Capgemini.
Can I ask Capgemini to give more compensation after 2 months of joining. Will they agree? I don't want to resign because it would impact my career. So I just wanted to negotiate in Capgemini itself. Will it work?

Leave ,trust me it's not gonna impact your career. If asked about this just mention the new job gave you more money, great projects to work on and more flexibility. What I mean to say is prepare a good and honest answer just in case you are asked about it. 99% of organisations are not worried about this.

good if it's good company go mam, I regret staying back.

You can try your luck but they don't entertain such casea usually that too after joining.

If allocated to project already and there’s a probation period for you then make sure you submit your resignation in ecms portal and get in touch with your HRBP and manager as well as client and ask for immediate release. Only crying baby get the benefits. At last if things doesn’t work then stop working at client Aaj Kare so kal aur kal Kare to parso… Nobody care of what work and efforts you have put at client…ultimately matters is your relieving letter and get this without fail.

Leave !

Best to do is resign, serve notice, leave. No other option as welk

- Does the new company offer WFO / flexible work, or do they track in silly ways like Capgemini?
- Does the new company have a good management, or the same redirect-to-others kinda managers like Capgemini?
Find out these and you have your answer
