There are people who attend client interviews 8 times. What about that??

Is it really ? If we couldn't clear the interview for the 3rd time, will they terminate us ?

I am tagged as a shadow resource in an account from november and I haven’t got any work in that account no updates from manager.Also my base location is bangalore but reporting from nearest location but last week shadow project manager pinged me and just asked whether i am tagged to any project and also confirm whether my base location is bangalore and i am working from bangalore to which i said no.Then suddenly I received a call from rmg that i have declined project opportunity and with whose permission i am working from nearest location i said through supervisor approval which is visible on teams then she said no she is not your supervisor you are tagged to shadow so your supervisor is project manager of the shadow While talking she was sayung something that we need to send this to hr.Now i am feared that will they ask me tp resign also i have asked shadow project manager to provide me a role at nearest location to which she agreed and said firstly she will give training and then on basis of that she will take me into project also she has no problem of me working from nearest location.I am only afraid that will rmg team will make a issue out of it that i did not get ready to go to blr and take hr action on me

U need to wait untill u get call for another client interview . Else u can check directly with RMG one to one . If u cleared one interview means they will block ur profile for that particular project . Check with RMG or wait untill u get call for another project . But make sure to clear interview next time . U will get chance for three times only . After that chance is there to say bye bye from CG
