I am a Senior Android Developer planning to drop paper after my marriage as I need a salary hike. Having a 3-month notice period is not helping me schedule any interviews. I believe that being an immediate joiner will open up lots of gates. Is this a Good plan

Not a good plan at all… as the 90 days periods starts you will get tensed if nothing happens as per the plan…. If you are strong enough in your area and if you are confident enough like I will crack the 1st interview only and have the offer then only think in this way
