Trending @Capgemini; PIP performance feedback

At the time of Performance review at Oct 2024 my feedback was positive.I just said to manager in October, I am not interested to work in duckcreek as I primary skills are dotnet.Suddenly how in 2 months feedback is negative.They have given me PIP.Need urgent help on this.

It happens here only.. for outsiders we(CG employees ) are well settled. But only we know what issues we are facing each day in CG... Better to find another job...
