Trending @Capgemini; PIP on this Month end

I have a few questions that I have going to put on PIP/BOTP. Please help if anyone is aware:

1.What is the Notice Period during PIP/BOTP? 2.If they negatively close PIP/BOTP, will they pay any severance amount? 3.If yes, how much is the severance pay?

If they negatively close BOTP and tell you to resign then 1 month notice period Else if you know it is going to be negative then resign before they tell you in that case you will serve 3 months notice with proper pay during those 3 months

They said that 2 months on botp and if postive will search job on ijp or else negative ask to terminate with 3 months salary or 1 months notice and 2 months severance package

Try to find a project on your own, in those 2months

If the probation period is completed then 1 month notice and 2 months salary so focus on job search by telling 1 month notice period once btop ends

If u are on PIP,your notice period already started. After completion of PIP they will give u 1 month pay and immediate exit.
