I have been put under PIP in CG?? What should I expect? I haven't given any review yet they put me in PIP. I was on the bench for quite some time, but I was constantly asking for a project with the rsmg team, but now luck is not even a single call.

And now in PIP they are giving me assignment to do where questions like high high high level. Feeling very low. What should I do now??

Same happened with me they putted on PIP and I am doing my work very well got the same from manager in mail...but up til now they have not closed by PIP.what I need to do? please, suggest.

You can clear PIP which project you were before what is ur grade.

You have two options:

Continue in CG: Ask your manager why you have been placed on PIP. A technical lead will connect with you and teach you some topics, this may not happen since you are currently on the bench.
Quit the company. Since you are on the bench, if you drop papers, you will get an immediate release.

Update LinkedIn and Naukri with your availability for immediate joining, and you will get many calls.
