I came from maternity leave and they put me on a shadow project I did my task on time I don't have much experience in the servicenow development tool they put me on another project as a lead I accept as a challenge in that project there was no work and no access provided for me. My manager put me PIP one lady was there to torture the junior candidates she was yelling at me they gave some task to complete What will they do? I don't have much knowledge of which job I can choose I have any openings ?
