Hi All,

So I joined Capgemini as a fresher in July 2022 and was not provided any sort of training from cg. So they directly put all of us on the bench. So I got a project around 3 months after my joining and I worked for around 1.7 years so after that I was released from the project and currently on the bench. The rmg team has put me in pip stating that I'm on bench from a very long time (only 3 months). In this period I got only two project opportunities but both of them were non technical so I rejected those projects. The last date of my pip is 23 July. Can someone please suggest what should I do. I'm interested in cyber security and I'm okay to work as a fresher in that domain.
