I'm a new joiner at Capgemini, and it's been almost a month since I joined, but I haven't been assigned to any project yet. I’ve given interviews with two clients, and both went well. In fact, one client mentioned after the interview that they would proceed with the next step, but it’s been a week and I haven’t received any feedback.
I just wanted to know, if I don’t get assigned to any project within the next six months, will Capgemini still consider me for permanent employment?

Wait buddy it takes time. And well in your offer it must mentioned that after 3 or 6 month you will be permanent irrespective of project you have been assigned or not.

No your confirmation will be cancelled and you will be told to resign or terminated, happened to my two friends, they got 3 months notice period so they went home, you'll receive salary. If you got the probation period completion mail then you are safe but not before that.
