Trending @Capgemini; People Manager not assigned

Hi all,

My friend has been onboarded on to Capgemini recently but only the physical onboarding has been concluded so far. For myportal login the back end team says the manager is not appointed and connect with your HR.

However, her HR rep who was involved in managing her profile has resigned and left CapG. She was later assigned another POC shiva but he has already blocked her number. She is trying to reach out to the team she has been appointed and they are also not responding to neither calls nor mails. It been a week already.

Does anyone have any similar experience or resolution course that can be followed?
