Trending @Capgemini; People manager got changed suddenly
My people manager changed suddenly to a different person. I had my priorities discussed and set with my previous people manager for the on-going year 2025. I asked the newly assigned people manager about it, she does not have any idea regarding it neither do my previous manager. What could be the reason for this sudden change? Or the people doing this when the YER is in the vicinity, are just a bunch of imbeciles???
My few friends also faced the same, I am part of a big data group and got a meeting with the director.
They are kind of preparing a master list according to domain and want everyone to be tagged (people manager) under the same domain folks or something.
I also got an email to request my current people manager to change the N+1 with someone, but I have not done due to YER.
Oh ok, thanks for the info but my previous people manager was also from the same domain.
