Trending @Capgemini; People manager change request

Does any one know how to raise a request to change current people manager as I am not getting any reply to my queries from this new people manager?

I don’t know why such naive ,immature/adamant people are made to hold the responsibility to be at the manager level to some N’s despite of being incapable to respond and resolve their queries. #fuckinbootlickers#

As far as I know, only your N+1 can raise the change request. If your current N+1 is not responding to you then try connecting to your N+2 (the one your N+1 reports to) and inform about N+1's behaviour

In corporate no one can top a bootlicker, if you gonna complain to their N+1 or higher authorities it will eventually backfire you and this is really annoying that a completely different person gets to review your performance who neither belongs to the project nor has any idea of what work you are doing.
