I feel in CG people are really mean and just sugar coating all the time. No one wants to hear someone else’s opinion and just want to shut off people as “I know it all” Especially the people sitting onshore, Being Indians themselves, are really rude and in bothered of offshore people working hours. Are all companies like this?
Indians in foreign want to adapt like locals. But locals are much better in terms of ethics, culture, empathy and humanity.
It's not about company, it's about people...most of the people are like this only
Very Rude Higher Management and HRs.Not Listening to the Employees Issues.
Address them as 'Sir' and you will see the difference.
Capgemini is worst
Depends Entirely on people and not specifically a company. You will find similar people in other Organisations as well. I have worked with Onshore folks who are so humble even being so important you will be shocked at the same moment you will find people you just defined. Just the way of life. You will find all kinds of people in very workplace
