So this is the worst technology anyone could ever get it's better to go for service now rather than coming to pega. I have been asked to practice pega and they are going to put me in a project as soon as I complete a side project. It's been more than 7 months still in shadow and they are giving more side projects and no real time projects. This technology doesn't have any growth, all the companies looking for Pega developers are asking for 6 years of experience.
Pega is a good technology. The company is worst. I am working in pega for last 3 years. All the major clients have left capgemini. Try switching, you won’t get any good project here.
Fair enough, personally I don't like pega, it's slow, not something big could be done, it's better to learn react, node than learning pega
