Trending @Capgemini; Parental Insurance query

Hi all. I have enrolled one of my parent for insurance when the voluntary medical enrollment window was open. However it's been over a month since the window is closed, I am unable to see any the card for my parent. If anyone is aware of this may I know how many days does it takes to generate dependecies' card? And this is the first time I've enrolled my parents.
